RC tools — hex drivers, nut drivers, turnbuckle wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers for building, tuning and repairing radio control vehicles. The right driver is the difference between a clean build and a stripped screw head.

Getting the sizes right

Most RC hardware is metric, and 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm hex will cover the majority of what you meet on a 1/10 vehicle. Smaller crawlers such as the SCX24, TRX-4M and Ascent 18 use finer hardware, so the mini driver sets are worth having if you run those. Turnbuckle wrenches let you adjust camber and steering links without marking the rod ends.
